Terms and Conditions
1. INTRODUCTIOn
These terms and conditions (the "Terms and Conditions") apply to the sale of an Amanda Lawton ("The Artist") photographic and digital Prints to you, the "Buyer.”

3. Title and Risk
As soon as the purchase price is paid in full, you will become the legal owner of the Artwork, and upon such payment, you will be responsible for the Artwork, and the risk of damage to, or loss of, the Artwork will pass to you. There are no returns. If there are problems in transit feel free to contact the artist.
4. Quality
All prints and photographs are produced by archive-quality processes, which can last over 100 years if kept behind glass and outside of direct sunlight. There may be a slight variation in colour from the colour represented on the website due to the inks and paper.
5. International
It is your responsibility to pay any import duties or other taxes due on Goods supplied by The Artist. Please contact the Artist for international postage costs.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
Copyright of the Artwork remains the property of the artist. All artwork displayed on the website is the original work and intellectual property of Amanda Lawton. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of any artwork is strictly prohibited, including AI processing. The Artwork may be shared with your friends on Instagram or similar sites but be respectful of the Artist. It is the Artist’s expectation that the Artwork will not be purchased for resale and will be retained by you for your own personal enjoyment.
7. Data Protection and Privacy Policy
The Artist may collect, hold, control, use and transmit personally identifiable information (PII) obtained from you during your purchase of The Artwork. By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you agree to such information being used in these ways. All PII will only be held in GDPR-approved countries. You also have the right to request the Artist remove any PII. Additionally, the Artist may share PII with third parties, such as secure payment processors and shippers, who are deemed GDPR compliant.
8. Governing Law
These Terms and all matters arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule.
